We are located on the north end of Old Town Alexandria, three blocks east of Washington St., at the intersection of Fairfax and N. Royal St. There is plenty of on-street parking available, including a lot by the tennis courts and one block of unrestricted parking for those visitors who wish to stay a little longer. Time to travel is only about 15 minutes from downtown Washington and 10 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

For those visitors with children, there is a wonderful park across the street with a playground. We are only two blocks from the waterfront with walking trails and a green with picnic tables.

Accomodations include the Crown Plaza hotel one block away on Fairfax St., the Sheraton Suites one block away on Saint Asaph St. and the Holiday Inn two blocks away. Around the corner is traditional southern Italian at A La Lucia, traditional Thai cuisine at Thailand Royal St. and all things breakfast and lunch with the best coffee in town at Perk's Coffee Lounge.

We are also metro accessible by taking the blue or yellow lines to Braddock Road station and transferring to the AT 2 or AT 5 buses heading towards Van Dorn St.
